## Authority

Published sources, project intent and owner updates have distinct roles. Generated HTML, search, graph and Markdown discovery exports confer no new evidence authority. In particular, the formal 2027 rollout statement is retained historically while the owner clarifies that the timetable remains under review and it is not yet confirmed that rollout will proceed as announced. No replacement date is verified.

New factual expansion uses public primary sources only. NHS England is the baseline, with material devolved differences. Undocumented Defence mechanisms remain unknown; fictional examples and templates are proposals.
